Tumor Resection

This was a case of recurrent thyroid tumor extending beneath the sternum (chest bone). It was causing breathing difficulty and trouble swallowing.
By God’s grace, the operation was successfully performed without the need to open the chest bone.
The patient recovered immediately after waking from anesthesia and was discharged home 24 hours after the surgery.
